We bring you another interview with Czech driver Vlastou Kalaš. This interview was again thanks to cooperation with NB4U. Vlasta Kalas, a member of the team NB4U GASP, competitor and representative NABBA Czech, we met at the gym chameleon in Prague Hostivaři. There was a heavy workout back, which was clearly know what sport has Vlasta roots. After several tonnes nazvedaných we sat down for coffee and conversation was this:

VK I try to exercise maximum hard for me with the minimum of what the diet accept to keep as much mass, but more or less I am at the stage where I exercise for fun 5 to 6 times a week, sometimes even twice a day.

VK eat like an athlete, I make sure to proteins, I try to at each meal was 40-50 gr. protein from sources such as cottage cheese, meat, mostly chicken, egg, just like the good old sixties. Accessories can'm going until January.
NB4U What accessories are you planning to put there and what brand do you prefer? NB4U And now a little personally. I know you're not from Prague, leendert meeshuis so I want to ask you, what are you doing here, what do you do what your family life?
