Good Monday fissures! I guess it's more than I already finished the week's first training session? I was in place at ELIXIA at eight, and today I had my first session with kettlebells. Gander, know already that I am stiff in your back, buttocks and thighs, so I'm excited about the development and enjoyment dread getting up in the morning! It is amazing coram ny how rigid I have been after the birth, I went out into the splits the day I gave birth, but six weeks later it was just that I never in my life had moved the carcass. I did not know that a birth could make me stiff, but now I know the words too. Now I'm happily on its way to be a little more flexible again, so I hope that the splits in place in a few weeks, it is certainly fast forward * takkoglov *
I've finally got my new heart rate monitor, by the way! This I get enough not tested until tomorrow, but oh, I can not wait! Suunto Ambit2 S called this, and indeed it was Alexander who recommended it. Promise to keep you updated on how I think it is, it looks at least sooo fresh out. I was the closest to love and depend on Nike + GPS watch I spent a couple coram ny of years, but it failed me like that at the end, began to count the faults and strike a little coram ny too often, so it will be interesting to try out something new. Only that's motivation in itself.
So I planned my training week ending Saturday, thinking to try me on the first 60 minutes the run after birth on Friday, butterflies in my stomach! So I let the last two days of the week to be open, because I have to get pushed into some saltimer this week too, cardio energy was so delicious!
Now I have to really get in the shower, has served breakfast, coffee and a little job for a few hours after exercise already, coram ny and beside me there is someone coram ny who needs food and feed very soon :-) See you later!
I do not know yet, but I will test when I get home :)
Hey you! This is probably very random, but since you are so concerned with exercise and diet, I would only recommend you to try Bikram yoga! (If you have not tried it before) You'd love it!
